Live2DLayer is a cloud-based AI service that automatically decomposes 2D anime illustrations, character concept art, and images into multi-layer RGBA PSD files, transparent PNG spritesheets, transparent WebM looping animations, and interactive 2.5D/3D studio previews.

• Free Plan: Standard AI decomposition, real-time 3D/2.5D interactive viewport, watermark-protected preview and standard PNG exports.
• Pro Subscription & Credit Passes: Full layered Photoshop (.PSD) exports, 4K high-resolution rendering, priority GPU server compute, transparent WebM video animations, and game-engine-ready Sprite Sheet + JSON atlases.

3.User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

We claim no ownership rights over your uploaded content or generated outputs. You grant us only a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license solely to process, render, and deliver your requested layer decomposition files to your browser.

AI Training Policy: We do NOT use your private artwork or uploaded images to train public base models without your explicit prior written consent.

4.Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online Merchant of Record and authorized payment processors (including Polar Software Inc. and Stripe). When you purchase credits or a Pro subscription:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account dashboard or via the billing management link sent with your receipt. You will maintain access until the end of your paid billing period.
• Taxes & Invoicing: Polar and Stripe handle customer service inquiries, VAT, and sales tax compliance on all transactions.

6.Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, defamatory, or non-consensual content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt our GPU cluster or API infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers or bypass fair-use limits intended to ensure equitable GPU compute for all creators.

7.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Live2DLayer.com, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
