At Live2DLayer.com ("we", "us", or "our"), we take the privacy of artists, creators, and developers seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how it is processed, and your rights regarding your personal and creative data.

2.Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

• Account & Authentication Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth or Magic Link, we receive your email address, display name, and avatar URL to authenticate your session.
• Uploaded Artworks & Generated Layers: Image files you upload to run AI decomposition, temporary layer masks, and depth maps necessary to render the 2.5D/3D studio and PSD exports.
• Billing & Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed directly by our authorized Merchant of Record (Polar Software Inc. / Stripe). We do not store or process your credit card numbers or financial passwords on our servers. We receive only transaction status tokens, plan tiers, and remaining credit balances.

3.How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for:

• Performing AI 23-layer semantic segmentation and generating layered PSD/ZIP files.
• Maintaining your credit balance, subscription status, and artwork history drawer.
• Providing technical customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Preventing malicious bot attacks and enforcing fair GPU server usage.

4.Data Retention & Deletion Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data at any time:

• Automatic Expiration: Decomposed GPU image files are stored in a temporary cache and automatically purged after 7 days.
• Self-Service Instant Deletion: You can permanently delete any historical artwork record and its cached assets with one click via the Artwork History drawer in the application.
• Account Deletion Request: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated records by contacting [email protected].

5.Third-Party Sub-Processors

We work with industry-standard, privacy-compliant service providers to deliver our platform:

• Polar Software Inc. & Stripe: Merchant of Record and payment processing compliance.
• Cloudflare: Global CDN caching, DDoS protection, and SSL encryption.
• Modal Labs & GPU Clusters: Isolated, ephemeral serverless GPU execution for running deep learning segmentation tasks.
